Ok, I am one sad Windeh. I tried to do a banner for myself, but I hated it so since I have no talent whatsover I'm requesting from you yet again.

Other Graphics:

Graphic Type: banner for this petpage
Image(s): http://images.neopets.com/mip/deck_done.jpg (or about any other image featuring Rourke, I'm not picky; this is just the biggest one)
Main Text: Captain Rourke (dark blue, large bold font)
Subtext: a fanpage (white, all lowercaps)
Color: it should go with the layout, which is blue/light blue/white (ignore the weird green menu bar which is going to be changed to light brown soon )
Size: the width is 800; for the height I don't mind, something between 80 and 300 pixels

Also, could you put somewhere a small text that says "page by Wind, graphics by WIS" or something along those lines?
