Some of you might've already seen this on the Bill Forums,but someone said it would be better to put this here.
*ahem* Okay,my entry is Pablo2005neo,and he is NOT colored with a program.To be honest,I don't even know how to color pictures right in Paintshop.I hand-drew him myself. (If you know a good place where to find tutorials for Paintshop,please post.)
