I added a person, and someone added parks. All is still well.

A person came, and needed a job. Gave them a job, but now they need a bus to get there. (Transportation fell to 99%)

Had another unemployed miscreant come to town. The police nabbed him, but apparently the business that opened needs a new road.

Had a few things need to be mended as things go, but they're okay for now...except that our latest citizen is on the lam with stolen toilet paper and sanitizer! Someone get him, quick!

ETA: Nabbed the guy, hiding in his TP fort!

Added a small shop to sell off that TP fort... at $10 a roll.

Someone at work actually saw a sign at a convenience store selling a roll of TP for $10, with a second sign saying "it is not a joke". The Los Angeles police recently added officers specifically to respond to gouging complaints. Store owners will be cited.

...and the police force is having trouble keeping up with the price gouging! We need reinforcements! They're trying to sell TP at $15 a roll now!

Had a new citizen fleeing from the gouging. Unfortunately, they're unemployed and their car broke down on the way to our city.
