You know the saying 'You learn something new everyday'? What did you learn today?


I learned that even though bread knifes don't look sharp, they are. And they cut through skin easily.

I learned that Asians eat out of bowls instead of plates because it keeps the food (rice) warm. Compacted food towards the bottom is still hot while the top of the bowl starts to cool.

I learned that Haniwa are clay figures which were made for ritual use and buried with the deceased during 3rd to 6th century AD in Japan's history.

I learnt how to read/translate a bunch of sale signs in French today. :D

I learned that I drive way too fast when I'm angry.

I learned that it's not polite to scratch other people's rashes.

I learned that stickers on tomatoes can cut you.

I learned that I'm way too talented at procrastination... and that it always comes back to bite me.

I learnt that I must be paitent when building models.

I learned that shaking child's vomit into a garbage bin is not enough to garner raised eyebrows from those who see it.

I've had my tongue cut by a sharp chupa-chup.

I learned two things. First, that anger is a weapon only to one's opponent, and secondly: Get in the first shot, BOOT TO THE HEAD!

...nah, I didn't learn anything new today.

I learned that three-year-olds are sticklers on handwriting. And that I don't do my letter 's's correctly.

I learned that NaNoWriMo is actually harder the second time aruond 9and also if you don't have a story you like).
