I learned that you can't go shirtless in Pittsburgh. Not in the legal sense, but people are handing out so many Pitt Basketball t-shirts I'm starting to see the local homeless wear them.

LOL, i don't have either one. My doctor just told me about them and i thought they were rather funny, in a twisted sort of way.
