Gaia - UPCs

Has anyone here heard of the UPC Organization? What do you know about it? What are your thoughts on anything you do know? I want to see how widespread the awareness is, and I'd be happy to give some basic info about it and answer questions...as long as you tell nobody of my secret identity as UPC [censored].

lol It sounds a bit familiar to me, but I can't recall a thing about it. Although, I could have very well seen those three letters together elsewhere and that's what's ringing a bell.

Well, it used to be NPSC, which might be more recognizable as we changed that after the GCD took issue with us. (Not because, just after, so that's what we were when we were news.)
