Well, considering the sheer number of petpets+colour combinations the odds of any one being picked is very very low. I'd say the odds for meowclops is as good as any of the others.

Like atomicblonde said, there's a ton of petpet/colour combinations, which makes it even less likely to be picked.
And then there's the fact that since they've already had a Meowclops, it probably won't be selected again for a while.

If they did... would they count hte old meowclops at PPL's? Or would it just be the current design...
