Hmmm. I received nothing when visiting the site today and did need to log in... I was able to grab the free NC Goodie Bag, though. For grins, I expressly logged out and re-logged in and received the same message as Siniri
Could be that you need to visit the home page to get the message (and 750NC)

It took several hours before my free NC showed up, but it finally did. I might've taken advantage of the 150 off 1000 code, the free NC, and the discounted pet slots to get the pets I made while I had extra slots with premium back from limbo. Now I have an extra slot and I need to decide what to do with it...hmm....
