We were at the orthopedic office for about 2 hours total (including check in, etc). Not too bad for a walk-in. Unfortunately, it is broken. He's got a boot for walking but is supposed to do minimal of that, and has to continue to keep elevated and ice it regularly through the end of the day today. So much fun. /sarcastic At least it doesn't require surgery or a cast?

At the moment, he's just miffed that I'm following doctor's orders and continuing to have him ice it today. He doesn't have to keep it elevated still, but he's realllllly tired of icing it. The kids are backing me up on this (BLP finds a lot of glee in bringing him the ice for some reason?) and are also getting onto him if they see him up and moving around too much. Crutches are on order, so as soon as they get here, that'll help him move around more easily.
