There are some intentional letters missing there. Interestingly enough, they spell a word:

It will be interesting to see how the Negg Festival goes this year, with Kari being grey and all.
Kari has been affected by the strange grey curse that is going around Neopia and is struggling to run the event like normal. Will you help her bring colour back into this year's event?!
FAQ Info: There will be bonus prizes awarded to users who managed to find all of the Neggs on each day they were released. This year’s festival will begin on April 22nd and end on May 8th, end of day. Day 1 of the event will actually be a day and a half, running through April 23rd. What's wrong with Kari? Kari has been affected by what many in Neopia are calling the grey curse. However, no one really knows anything about it so we can't be sure if it's a curse, an aliment, or what! All we know is that it is somehow affecting Neopians all over the lands and nothing seems to be able to cure it. Things such as Paint Brushes and Morphing Potions seem to have no effect. Not even Naia's Rainbow Fountain can change one back from being grey!
Clues
Day 1: It's the start of another festival, so I hid the neggs somewhere central. Near some treats that no one would call inedible.
Day 2: You'll easily find these neggs somewhere sweet if you think lakes are neat.
Day 3: You'll sure be bouncy if you...ah, I can't think of a rhyme! The neggs are in the Roo Island Souvenirs shop.
Day 4: Our good friend Orion is here to help! The neggs are now hidden someplace no one should hear you yelp!
Day 5: If you consider yourself a connoisseur of classical decor, you'll find these neggs where you go shopping galore!

Kari: Luckily, I started on the creation of the neggs long before, but as for the hiding of the neggs and clues to find them...let's just say I am sort of winging it this year. Kari: ...an unfortunate choice of words. Kari: Anyways, I sincerely apologise if I am unable to muster up my usual colourful self, but I hope you are still able to enjoy this year's festivities for the both of us!
Scene 2 Kari: I...I'm sorry for yesterday. I just can't seem to get myself together. Just give me a moment here, and I'll be ready with a decent clue today. I promise. Orion: Hello, Kari. May I bother you for a moment? Kari: Orion? What are you doing here? Orion: Mira asked me if I could stop by. She said she would do it herself, but you already told her "Under no circumstances should she busy herself with the festival when the world needs her right now." And when she went to protest, you said if she even tried to stop by you'd "make her regret it". Which she refused to elaborate on. Kari: Yes, I know that last part. I was there. Orion: Right. Of course. My apologies. Kari: No, no. I'm sorry. I don't mean to be so curt. I'm just...well, you know. Orion: No need to apologise. I fully understand. It is to that point that I have come here. I would like to accompany you and aid in another year's festivities. If you will have me that is. Kari: Thank you for the offer Orion, but I heard about what happened during the Advent Calendar. Are you sure you are feeling well enough? Orion: Yes! I admit I was in rough shape there for a time, but the intense dreams and visions subsided soon after. I was plagued for a bit once again during the month of Awakening, but neither I nor Queen Fyora could make sense of those visions. And ever since then not even the playing of the Lyre has brought forth a revelation. Kari: So you're doing better? You still look rather...tired. Orion: Now my studies for answers is what keeps me up most nights, but no need to worry about that. Let's get back to the matter at hand. I heard you were struggling to hide the neggs and provide adequate riddles for them? I shall happily take up those tasks for you, and all you need to worry about is seeing the smiling faces of those who find them! Sound good? Kari: ...I don't know what to say. NC Neggs:
????? I have already seen what are spoilers for a lot of these items and I'm kinda meh about it this year if they're accurate, but I'll still provide the information just because.
Similar to last year, you don't get a separate NC negg to do something to; they're all available automatically. There are three different neggs you can can buy dye kits for: ?????. You can buy the kits individually for 650NC, or all three for 1500NC (savings of 450NC). Kits will be available to use until next year's event start, but are only on sale through May ??, 2024. Alternatively, you can buy a single dye kit that will allow you to get a single prize from your chosen negg. (I believe you're able to pick which item, just not the bonus item.) Time Travel and Grey seem to be the only two neggs working right now. It appears that the rest of the items have been deactivated. The only one you can currently get from grey is the stamp. I don't WANT to choose time travel (I don't have grey) but I also want that gold check. I'm holding out hope that it'll get fixed before I head to bed...but since there've been absolutely no remarks even on discord that they're aware there's an issue...I'm not holding out hope on that.
It SHOULD be a day and a half day 1 like usual...but do I risk it or not? I'm not sure...
Posted: Mon Apr 22, 2024 11:27 pm ETA: I cracked and went ahead and took the Time Travel Negg. Got the Colourful Spring Petpet Garland, which I suppose is the best of the options. Really hoping that this doesn't cause issues for MLP, who was a few minutes behind her brothers and got hit with the glitch and wasn't able to pick a negg.
ETA2: Things are now fixed. MLP got her item and does have a gold check. I could've waited...but I was too worried about the FAQ being out of date and whether or not the first day would ACTUALLY be 1.5 days. Ah, well. I've at least done the Time Travel Negg now, so if I care about doing at least one of each this year, it's done.

Yet, if I go to the location, I have the choice of: Plushie Negg, Time Travel Negg, Glitch Negg

Blue, did you click through all the dialogue a couple of times until you got the clue dialogue? It took a couple of tries for mine to show up below, too. I think I had to leave the page and come back after reading the intro dialogue.

Today, It is showing a gold check for yesterday, so it's all good!

I knew today's had to be one of two lands, and at least there aren't too many places to look. I do prefer when the clue suggests the specific location and not just the land, though (so I just looked at the answer today).
Plushie, glitch, spa... I'm going to go for the book, so spa... But alas. Umbra Body Butter.
