Day 26: Drenched in Water Markings

Day 26: Little Timmy Plushie

1. Easy choice for me. My clear choice was da bomb!
2. Is my prize today a dig at Dickens? Little Timmy has no legs... oh, dear.

Perhaps I'm reading waaaay too much into this one?

Yeah, I laughed when I got that one, too. Those discarded plushies are always a bit disturbing.

The move is coming along. Washer and dryer gone. Repairs to drywall will be finished tomorrow. I've scoured my bathtub and the surfaces in the kitchen (except for the section between the sink and stove, inclusive, and inside of fridge and freezer), my bedroom, the downstairs hallway, coat closet, and front wall of living room (except area closest to kitchen). Oh, and replaced the blinds my housemate let my cat damage (by locking her in a room she wasn't supposed to have access to). Supposedly the housemate has done her bedroom and the stairs (don't look it).

Tomorrow I'm hoping to grab a carload before work, take it back to the new place after work, then finish cleaning my bathroom and the living room and dining room walls, and the rest of the kitchen. At some point load up the donations and drop them off before four (or before Goodwill stops accepting, though they're farther away), load up the car with another load for the new place, then maybe sweep the floors. Oh, and touch up any caulk areas that need it...

I'm hoping I'll have max one carload left for Thursday, plus minimal cleaning (vacuuming and mopping the whole place... a real chore because of the construction), maybe a few spots with the magic eraser or leftover paint.

And at some point I have to figure out what the moving company did with my kayak and get it back from them since it didn't fit in the new place. How quick do you think I could sell it in REI's parking lot if I have it strapped to the top of my car? I could also throw it in my friend's backyard...

The Little Timmy plushie is made for the character in Cheat!. There are several items for him, including an entire set of Tuskaninny clothing items. He doesn't actually have any legs, but you can see his tail fin sticking out behind the left side of his head.

Sounds like the moving is going well! Hope it finishes smoothly!

I sucked it up and bought the two missing gourmet food items yesterday. Should've just bought them halfway through the month when they were much cheaper. Ah well. At least I have them before they explode in price again!

Yes, the Neodex is fully functional and happily chugging along. I am always delighted and encouraged that people still update the Neodex now and again

I would have voted for lost fragments, but I'm still salty about the glitch on the last day that kept me from some of the prizes, so I couldn't. I voted for the quest log, even though it kind of annoys me because it makes dailies take longer.

I also was torn on these, and hesitated to vote for QuestLog because I was thinking exactly the same thing! Then again, my bank account is much happier with QuestLog
