They all sound gross, though I guess the last one might not be? You only need a little yeast to get the dough to rise, though. More doesn't seem like it would improve things, but who knows? I eat nutritional yeast sometimes. Once I got over the fact that it smells like an ingredient for making E. coli culture growth media in the lab, I've found it pretty tasty.
