I've been trying to wake him for a while, but can't seem to.. occasionally I get this phrase when trying a second time in quick succession:
Code:
You have already tried to awaken the great Turmaculus! You better leave quick before he does wake up!

Does that meant I went at the right time, but didn't choose the right option?

It means that you did attempt to wake him at the right time, but it didn't work.

Occasionally there is a glitch that makes that message pop up even when it isn't his time to wake up.

piffle... oh well. Does anyone know the timeout for trying again? I think it used to be 15 minutes, but did that change?

It's not a particular technique for waking him -- if he's wakeable that hour, the result of trying to wake him -- including whether you individually can wake him -- are random.

And during the one random hour out of 24 that it's possible to wake him, you get just the one chance. Whether you get a prize, get your petpet eaten, or fail to wake him, you won't be able to do it again until the next day's random hour.

Yeah, I think they need to increase it like the Snowager (but still random.) . Mainly since we still don't have a pay to train level type of thing for our petpets...

Speaking of Petpet's, I think they actually need to have a gender!

Spells are my thing ;)

Nah, I don't mind them being androgynous.

I think it's best they don't have specified genders. That'd cause way too much confusion. You can make up whichever gender you want it to be. :)

What does leveling up your petpet even do?

I'm not sure it does anything yet. It might make your petpet stronger when it appears to help you in the battledome, I don't remember. If it does than not enough to really help. I guess it's one of those those things that TNT still needs to establish.

i do think it does help when you are in the battledome and your petpet appears. it also saves you time battling in the petpet battledome since it does the same thing (it just takes too long)

Ugh! That sounds like a rip-off to me... I think I'll wait until they are activated or what not to start leveling up.

When I try to wake him up, I either sing or tap dance. I may be lucky, or he doesn't get stressed out when you do those two. I know I wouldn't want to be waken up from some pots banging around. :D
