What do you mean by that? I assume that it doesn't fall under fair use.

And just because that statement is at the bottom doesn't mean they really got permission (although I assume it's possible). When I had my own website years ago, I had some people pull a trick like that using some of my ideas/graphics.

They may have permission to use it (like the images, etc.) or they may not. We don't know.

i personally thin, that they dont really have permission example
They mat have eormission for images and all but anything else I dont really think so..........
