Road Wars, Brit Cops and Dog the Bounty Hunter

Thu Apr 23, 2009 9:35 pm

Since not having the internet I've been obsessed with these kinda programs... it's great routing for the good guys!

I've had a few discussions about people being used for these kind of programs to make not just a documentary, but a general look at how the police forces etc work and how some think it's unfair to the people who are featured, but they're blurred out.

What do you guys think about these kind of programs?

I think it's fascinating to find out what happens with the police, having never had to deal with any police before (apart from family) I find comforted in some ways that the police are doing their jobs.

Oh yeah, and Dog... how awesome is he?

I saw an episode of Dog the Bounty Hunter recently. It was actually somewhat entertaining, but I doubt that I would make a point to watch it again, though.

Do you know if "Brit Cops" is anything like the "Cops" show in the US? (Cameras following actual police, who follow, talk with, and arrest people).

Yeah, it sounds like they're pretty much the same program :)
