I enjoyed all three, although I own Stormbreaker and Point Blanc, I do not own Skeleton Key and wish to once it comes out in paperback. I've read Skeleton Key once, and the others I've reald lots. :)

I haven't read Eagle Strike and Scorpia yet, but now I know why there won't be any more. ;)

Scorpia was undoubtedly the worst book I've ever read. Stupid ending. And I hated the way Horowitz always described Alex as "having a face that would've attracted lots of girls if it had ever developed". Oh, and how he got rid of Sabina in the fourth book.

But a very good series. I loved the first three, and then Eagle Strike disappointed me. Scorpia had me hooked until the end, where I actually slammed the book on the table and stormed out, leaving my family staring after me.

*prods Chaud* Didn't you copy the blurb thing in your first post? "Wannabe James Bonds will be completely hooked." :P

I've only read Point Blanc, yes I know its the second book and I was a little confused but I just kept on reading. It was a good book and I need to make a point of reading the others.

Yes, did :P

Yeah, his face description was stupid. There's a small figure of him at the bottom of each book, so you can sort of get a mental image of him...but it's too dark. You can get his outline though, sorta.

I haven't read Eagle Strike yet, but what happens?

Don't think I should tell you. Mwahahah. ;)

Yes, I always thought Alex had black hair until I paid attention. :roflol:

That list is about 2 years old, and Horowitz decided to bring Alex back from the dead to make the series even longer. So yeah, 2 years ago that list would've been accurate, but not anymore :P

Ugh. Please put some effort into reading the thread. It's not even on another page. Icepinksuga and Noo already pointed that out TWO POSTS up there.

Not that it's rule-breaking or anything, just really annoying. Like the lack of capital letters and punctuation marks. <<

And anyway, back on-topic. The seventh book, Snakehead is going to come out in November.

Wiki wrote:This book has yet to be published (expected to be November 2007), but Anthony Horowitz revealed some details about the seventh installment on his personal website. He says he (Horowitz) plans to travel to Darling Harbour in Australia, Thailand and Lombok, making them probable locations for the novel. He also noted that past characters would return but that new characters such as the Australian Secret Service personnel and "a Chinese gangster" would appear. Since Alex received a letter from Sabina Pleasure in Ark Angel, saying she might visit him on Christmas, it is considered likely that she will make an appearance in the book. It was further reported in The Times on September 7, 2006 that the story would involve a plot to poison chocolates sold in vending machines in The Tube. On his website Horowitz said that he may put Alex into a cage fight.

The poisoned chocolates thing seems cool, but another Chinese gangster? Is it just be or is Horowitz racist?
