It is sunny and hot hot hot .. about 111 degrees ! Even inside in the air conditioning I can still feel it

I have a question .. how are people getting such high scores ? I am thinking that I am missing something . The first few times I tried to get through as fast as I could but got very little points . I guess it might have to do with that and trying to get put back to start etc ... am I even close ...
