I have a minor problem with Firefox that I hope I can get it resolved. Whenever I open Firefox, the "bookmarks toolbar" is visible. I want to make it disappear for good. Everytime I open it, I have to go to view -> toolbars -> *uncheck* bookmarks toolbar. It's time consuming. It wasn't like this ...

Hi caudeceus

I don't have the whole ZA suite, but I do use ZA firewall and I have had the same thing happen with Neo. Drove me nuts. I put neopets.com, images.neopets.com and even swf.neopets.com in my trusted list. That didn't do the trick.

Help! I just reinstalled Windows XP, and added a new firewall. Previous firewall was Norton, now it's ZoneAlarm Security Suite. Now Neopets won't work. This is the first time I've used ZoneAlarm Security Suite. My Windows firewall is off, so that's not the cause. I've tried adding neopets.com to ...

What am I suppose to do with the Useless Crystal in the room with the Sahkmet model? Everytime I put it in, the room stays dark and nothing happens. Am I suppose to keep refreshing and putting the crystal in until the lights show up, or do it in a different hour?
