You can use both lab and training, but then you really have to spend almost all your time at training school getting levels. On the rare occasion that your levels are actually up to half your hitpoints you can quickly train some defense, and then it's back to level training. Frustrating and tedious ...

Hehe since you need 110 levels I'd say codestone training for the next months Once you evened up try the lab again
