O_o Wow, I'd've thought the admins would at least treat you supermods with some semblance of not-so-cruelty, seeing as you're immediately under them and all...yes, you would be able to come live in the free world.
Oh, they do. The mods are in those tiny dog crates, typing on laptops with 10 ...

Uh oh...things like this always worry me because I'm afraid that I'll accidentally get my hands on glitched NP or something...Well, thanks for the warning, I'm going to go empty out my shop...
I wouldn't worry too much about the shops. At least in my experience, so long as you aren't ...

Does... does that mean someone might finally let me out of the basement, or at least unhook me from this terminal? These chains are rusty and I think I've got a cold.

First of all, I haven't seen you in forever! If you've been here the whole time and I just haven't noticed you, oops Glad to see you back, though.

Anyway, I agree with what you and Keakealani are saying (and I was very impressed by how well written Keakealani's post was). I think mods should be ...

There is a difference between continuing an argument and asking why offensive posts are allowed to stand and not be deleted. A member should be allowed to ask why a post is left standing. Particularly if the post contains a derogatory remark about a certain group of people. And, the mod should ...

For the most part we're pretty forgiving of new people, and if it's clear someone hasn't posted in a long time, we give them a period to remember. If it looks as if someone missed the warning, we'll usually give another, especially in longer threads (though if it's still on the same page we expect ...

Kea, you've got it pretty much dead on as far as I'm concerned. To address one of your concerns, when we post that something was deleted or moved, it's often to prevent endless questions of "Hey, where'd my post go?!" Not everyone checks private messages, and newer members might not even know they ...

Right. I think it's reasonable to assume that directing people to discontinued promotions can get one frozen. And I think it's reasonable to assume that's what in fact happened. With that in mind, I have to say... I wholeheartedly recommend that you do not visit discontinued promotions, and you do ...

And the entrance for Mensa...at least in the UK.....certainly isn't 130, it's 150 (I know this because an ex-girlfriend took the test, got 152 and was all smug).
Well, IQ tests given in the US don't directly correlate to the IQ tests given in the UK. They have different standard deviations, and ...

That's smarter than Marilyn Vos Savant and Stephen Hawking put together smart!
Well, not quite. Ms. Vos Savant's IQ is somewhere above 200, so they say. No idea what Mr. Hawking's might be. Really, though, the tests a horrifically inaccurate above 180 or so. (Not that they mean much of anything ...

How do you add a star to the map? I click the "add star" thing on the menu, and the cursor changes to that hand, but when I click where my new star should go (on the dreamer constellation) nothing happens except the map moving. What am I doing wrong?
"Add Star" does not put a new star on the map ...

No, I always delete all stars before I start another constellation. Do I use an existing star or do I draw one in......... that's the question. Hmm. I'm not entirely sure what you mean by drawing one in. Perhaps it's some confusion relating to the "Add Star" tool? If so, that just selects an ...
