I thought of that possibility but these people are still in the contact page... I'll try the others.
I just wanted to know if there was another way to contact the staff, because I don't want my account to be frozen too long to be unfrozen. |

Thanks a lot. I will surely help me. But, I don't think the mistake comes from a glitch in the game. I played Volcano Run and scored 2,300 points which is not a impossibly high score, and I think the staff didn't validate it because the game page was opened for 30 min while I was eating.

Do I have to proof that the account is mine ?
I know I will be unfrozen only if I could contact one of the staff members but I can't ! I got message directing to the autoforms.
Is there another way contacting the staff ?
Something like a board where the staff somtimes ... |

| My account got unfairly unfrozen for "cheating in flash games"... I didn't cheated and I have a proof (screenshots) which could help me to be unfrozen. But all the mails I sent to the support team was replied by a redirection to the autoform. I know TNT will take months to look at the request I sent ... |
