Re: The future

Wall-E is by far Pixar's best movie ever. It is hilarious and moving and everything else good that a movie can possibly be.

Re: Let's Talk About Rick Astley.

Ignorant shapu moment:
What is The Game (other than the rapper, which I assume is not the correct answer here)?

The Game has three rules:

1. You are a player of The Game.
2. Thinking about The Game results in loss --- you're not considered to be repeatedly losing if you can't stop thinking about ...

Re: Dear PPT Friends...

Oh, that's horrible :( I'm so sorry. You're in my prayers.

My sister also had a miscarriage, and the pain it gave me is multiplied so much when you're the one it happens to, so while I can't say I can completely empathize, I understand how painful it must be.

Re: Borders bookstore Sacramento, CA closing

The followup "hey, sorry, we didn't mean to send that to every Borders customer in the world" email was hilarious.

I wish I lived there :(

Re: What did you buy today?

Well, it was actually yesterday, but I bought two OOTS prequel books, the Mother 3 Handbook, Rock Band 2, a signed xkcd comic, and a couple of things for my DS. I'm quite happy :)

Re: ACCEPTED!

Well, since you're stalking interested, it's Drury University in Springfield. I'm planning on studying teaching, with plans of teaching high school math. Luckily that means a huge number of scholarships, including a possibility of a full-ride from the state.

ACCEPTED!

I just received a call from the college I've been hoping to go to, and I've been accepted!

This is the best day of my life. Seriously, I'm just going all over the tubes and telling everyone. This is incredible.

Australia.

That was quite epic. And at 2.75 hours, it's... too short. I know, that makes no sense, but it's true --- the story was quite epic and could've been tripled to 8 hours if they'd wanted to.

>snap shovel in half

You attempt to snap the shovel into two pieces, but instead you just hurt your knee. It turns out metal handles are hard to break.

>find the source of the draft

Well, you can tell it's not from the window, but beyond that you really haven't a clue...

You, uh, try to do that. It doesn't really work out too well for you.

Re: Text Adventure

>Throw shovel at window

You pick up the shovel and throw it as high as you can toward the window. It hits it with a CLANG, but the window is undamaged.

>Tie rope around shovel

You tie the length of rope around the shovel, and swing it around like a rodeo star. Gee, that was fun!

You feel a draft ...
