Get a hand painted scarab, or a scarab cookie, and deposit all but one of your neopoints into the neopian bank. then go view the how to draw Tomos, page two! Voila!
i assume though, that it is any item with the word scarb in it. must have that item in your inventory to get the avatar.

this is what you do! buy a hand painted scarab, then deposit all but one of your neopints into the neopian bank. then go to the how to draw Tomos, page 2! finally, we know how to get it!!
