Display your creative spirit here in the Pink Poogle Toy Gallery. It can be art... it can be music... it can be a poem (even haiku)... but most of it... it must be you.

I'm entering this serious comic in the Scholastic Art and Writing contest thing... I have the script-type-thing so far. Here it is:
We are the unsung heroes.
We risk our lives in selfless duty for the world, and yet we reap no reward for ourselves-- our true selves.
That is because we are veiled, shrouded, hidden.
Our disguises:
- A Mask
- A Helm
- The fog of war
- Even the bustled curtain of "everyday life"
These hide us. These are our cage and our shield, for while we reap glory, no future generations will sing of our own great deeds, only those of our disguises.
When our shield is shattered, it is too late. We are dead-- dead, or unable to continue the heroic life we had known.
And then - Only then - can our identities be revealed as heroes.
Peter Parker, Student
Eowyn, White Lady of Rohan
Private Roberts, beloved son and soldier
Ms. H, Teacher
But even then, we, as heroes, do not accept the title given to us. For we alone know that we were helped.
-People on train grab Peter before he falls into the water
-Merry stabs the Witch-king's knee from behind, making the blow go amiss
- Low-rank soldier pulls Private Roberts away from a trip-wire attatched to explosives
- Student prevents Ms. H from committing suicide
We alone know that there are those more heroic than any- the heroes who save heroes.
That is our curse.
That is our gift.
We are the Unsung Heroes.
[[Note: Every line means a new panel in the comic.]]
So, how do ya like it?

Hehe. That alone reminds me of the first Ultimate Spiderman comic I read, Cats and Kings... it was sooo good XD
But, um, anyway, thanks. ^^

Well, Eo, I'm looking forward to a serious comic! No idea how you're going to put Spiderman and Derny in the same plotline... or are you...? but I am very much looking forward to how Ms. H is a hero.
Eh, there she is behind my shoulder. That's the entire comic. And Ms. H is just a school-revolutionizing teacher. May I quote: Dern.
