Umm. 
(I get embarresed by showing my art.) I had a dream so I drew it. The result.

In the dream every light I passed, turned on. It was cool.
I sketched it and colored it in Photoshop... but I'm still not happy with her pants.

The front leg should have some kind of gleam in the middle of the thigh, I think. That would make it look better. I think she should be somewhat heavier, too.
Anyway, the effect is really cool. Looks like she's on a mission and learning to harness her powers. The cape ain't bad either.
Beyond that, all I can say is: Blue light in a corridor.
