I found this on one xanga site, so I thought I might as well share it.
Ever Trying
Trying to stay out of sight,
only brings me into the light
Trying to keep truth to myself,
I fight over Pride and Right
Trying not to be heard,
Makes me even louder
Trying not to hear the jeers of others,
Turns my heart into powder
Trying to be alone,
Someone pushes me into pain
Trying to find a friend,
Is like finding a diamond in the rain
I think this poem is pretty cool. Any comments?
