Here's my entry!
TITLE: Fun With the Mystery Island Chef
DESCRIPTION: The Rainbow Fountain Faerie and her freshly painted pals have some fun after snatching the Mystery Island Chef's hat in the depths of Maraqua!
I can't upload it quite yet because I get the following error which I hope they fix soon:
"ERROR : Your image must be less then 500 pixels wide and less then 300 pixels high. You submited 400 by 400."

Yea but a lot of times the Caption contests are. I think I added lots of eye candy good for a suitable Caption Contest:)

Wow, thats really good! I like it - the placing of things is very good. I like how you made the Water Faerie ride the Peophin - that's certainly something I've never come across before!
And seeing as their own Caption Contests are 400 x 400, yours should be able to get in. I hope that the problem is fixed soon - this one is bound to be a winner!

If it was meant to be 300x500 you can always resize it.

If you look at the current Caption Contest in Neo, it is 400x400. Therefore, this one shouldn't have a problem being entered.

Macromedia Flash just like Neopets (used to? I can't do the new style of art that they've been doing lately... I can "convert lines to fills" but it doesn't look like Neopets) Anyway... I probably spent about an hour on it.

For my old guild, I used to make caption contests but it was just copy+paste pictures and landscapes. 
They were horrible.
