Aaw, its really cute. 
I really like the feathers on her head.
I think it will look even better in color. Only if you want to, though, I can imagine it. xD

I love how you draw thiings so sketchily(is that even a word 
). This picture turned out great, I, like Twizzy, like the feathers in her hair. And the fact that only her eyes are coloured, which gives it a mysterious feel. Nice job!
