Kinda, except for the fact it has a large horn on the back of its head. =P

I think that if you heightened the lights/darks it would be better. As well if you shaded in some background, maybe used a piece of cloth/paper towel to blend the background together a bit to make it smoother that the drawing itself would pop out.
The perspective is a bit wonky as well. I think that if you made the skull actually sitting on something, like a table, with proper shading to go along with it, that the picture would be stronger, and that it would help the perspective just a bit.
The horn bone in the foreground should have it's values (and the shadows around it) pushed so that the horn stands out more.
The back part of the skull is very well done though. Not a bad drawing overall. I'm pretty sure theres people in my program who couldn't do that.

xD good one Igg! Love the drawing did you do it in an art class of something? Or did you just have a goat's skull lying around somewhere? xD
