The Figure 5 In Gold

In art class we had to pick a piece of modern art and make our portfolios in the style of it. I chose I Saw the Figure 5 in Gold by Charles Demuth and I did it in pastels. You cant really see a lot of the colours which is unfortunate because its very vibrant in reality. Oh well..

Big picture. Right on! I quite like it. Maybe try photographing it outside next time to try to get more of the true colors? (Unless i'm totally mistaken and you did. Hrm. I dunno)
But it's awesome. *claps* I want one for my wall!
