It's a lovely picture! Poor Erik. At least he got his due in Andre Lloyd Weber's production, but then they gave him a horrible voice!

Oh, well. At least he still has a cool underground lair.

:o Yay! Someone else knows of Leroux!Erik!

And god, is that hot or what? I just want to hug the poor fellow.

On the other hand, I am now mad at Fidds who screams and tells me to draw "sexy gerard butler eric" whenever I draw Leroux!Erik.

Well that's Gerik for you - the Emo!Phantom. I'm kind of ambivalent on his singing. He has a good voice but it's obvious he has no clue how to use it. He actually sounds pretty good in those rare moments he's not growling and snarling and hissing like a wet lion. Actually, I dunno, the fact that he sounds like he's on the verge of crying through half the movie kind of fits the character, but yea it's distracting as heck. *shrugs*

But yea, he's too pretty to be the phantom. The Phantom is supposed to look like a walking corpse, not someone who's had a bad run-in with a curling iron!! >.<

Another in the same vein, but a front-view prespective and no flowers. The shading is a bit crap in places, but I'm completely braindead today. -_-

Speaking of this guy, doens't he play the organ very well? I'd think people would have more appreciation of him if they let him play more for crowds... :( (never seen/read anything by the P.O.T.O. so sorry if i sound silly)

He is a marvellous musician, composer, singer, magician and architect, according to the book.

Of course, he's also an obsessive psychopath who kidnaps sopranos and drops massive chandeliers onto the heads of opera-goers and occasionally hangs people.

So, you might see where people would find him a bit scary. :roflol:

With great genius comes great eccentirces. must have had a messed up childhood. if he was raised better, I'm sure he would be the next pop icon of the century. 8)
