Rainy Days ... never fade away.

Resized it. :]

The image was resized greatly, but I have some closeshots of my favorite areas. ;D

This is a really recent drawing I did. It was a commission from Yi Zhi, for her Ragnarok Online priestess. <33

I had some trouble with the background, because this would happen to be the first completely colored, architech-y background I've done. Ever.

I like how it came out, though. Yay for Open Canvas! <3 Yi Zhi is glancing outside the window, hand pressed against it, watching the rain pour in Prontera. It came out just the way I had wanted it to, and I was happy with how the rain came out. (I was never good at rain...)

The lighting sort of killed me, because, honestly, my grasp on light source is. Erm. Terrible. :];;; I got my sister to pose like Yi, and I just went off from there. Hopefully it looks just about right. ^o^;

I know a few things are off, namely perspectives and proportions, but it's a little too late. /swt

It took me a while to finish this, but it was fun, and I liked it. <3 Yay for rainy days!

Again, I resized it to fit the restrictions.

Very, very nice work, Requiem. She is absolutely beautiful, particuarly her well-defined facial features (by defined, I guess I mean pointy, but I like that style). The background outside the window looks nice, although it does look a bit more 'cartoony' than the rest of the image, I think. It almost seems a little too visible through the rain. Perhaps fading/smudging it would help get the right effect.

I really, really like it. ^_^

Wow...I knew the username I wanted existed, but I didn't think you ever posted! XD

Anyway, your art is amazing! I've always wished I could drawlike that. The only thing that bugs me is her chin...

The wrinkles in her clothes are excellent! <3

Very lovely. The shding is really nice. The only thing that looks a bit off is her arm/hand position. I dunno what it is but it just doesn't look like it would really connect with the rest of her arm. I think it's the hand that's off. It's turned too much for the way she's posed.

Also the window grey thing looks too smudged and kinda messy compared to the clean sharp look of the rest of the pic.

Other than that I think it's awesome :) Good job!! <3

MyleneFarmer Aah, thank you so much for the kind comment! ^^ Yeah, the scenery came out more visible than wanted, but I used a lot of opacity for the glass. o_o I think I made the scenery to dark before, since I was going for a "stormy" look.

.:Requiem:. Haha, yeah. A few people mistook me for you. xD! Anyway, thank you for the kind comment! I have a tendency to draw really sharp/pointy chins; my friend tells me that all the time. I can never seem to round them, though. They end up being pointy anyway, haha. Glad you like the wrinkles! <3

Shollia Yeah, hands/arm positions are hard for me. I'm not that big of a fan for hands and whatnot. Thank you for your kind comments! I think I got a little giddy with the shading, since I've been soft-shading for a while instead of cel-shading. <3 And I'm starting to try to get a "painter"-y look for the BG, but I'm really failing in that department. Haha. When I use BGs for Photoshop, they turn out a little odd for me, and really messy, because I usually don't have the patience to make it neat and clean. So I use Open Canvas instead, where I can just brush stroke lightly like crazy. Thanks for your comments, again! < 333

Thank you all for your kind words! I'll be keeping all of your advice in mind. ;D

Wow... that's so amazing!! I love the style and I love the shading... the details on the bricks in the background are just amazing. I wish I could draw things like that... All I can say is that I really, really, really love it!

Woah it looks so nice! The face and the body is so clean-cut, and it looks correct and very pretty.
Oh no, two Requiems? Con-fusing! :P

Whoa, did that confuse me for a second. A couple of hours. I thought Renn was complimenting her own work. o.O

It's really good. <3
