Draik Day pic (Got accepted into the AG!!!!)

Ok, I've decided to enter the Art Gallery (finally!) and made a quick lineart of a Draik (which I don't think I've ever drawn before) and I wanted some artists' advice on it.

i.e. I want ideas for colours for it (like I said, never even DREW a Draik until now, let alone colour one!), and if you want to point out any errors/off looking parts please feel free...

It's very good for a first try!
Now, about the colors; have you thought about what type of draik you want to do? Purple, blue, cloud, fire?

I've decided on a colour-scheme (which is a surprise) and will have the pic up as soon as its done!

And here it is! I doubt it'll get into the AG in time for Draik Day (that's what I get for getting sick and not finishing it in time!) But maybe I'll be lucky? *crosses fingers*



EDIT: HOOOOOOOOLY MOOOOOLEY!!! I GOT IN! *does uber funky dance of happiness*

I swear, I'm still in shock, I turned on my comp and opened up IE (Neo is my homepage) and my NP had +10000 and I had a few neomails and then I checked the AG and I fell off my chair in surprise!

And this was my first entry into the AG too!

Congratulations! I am jealous though! My Draik Day one was my 36th try for the Art Gallery and it STILL didn't get in XD
