Display your creative spirit here in the Pink Poogle Toy Gallery. It can be art... it can be music... it can be a poem (even haiku)... but most of it... it must be you.

And the Warner Sister!

Tue Jan 30, 2007 4:26 am

I kinda pretty much lack artistic skills. But for an english project I had to draw something, and it ended up looking kind of alright(so far at least). I did draw it using another picture as reference, but just looking at it, not tracing or anything. And I've always wanted to put something in the gallery, so I thought I'd post it :P

So without further ado, I give you...

Dot!

:)

(I'll probably post another picture of once I've got it all done and colored and everything, assuming it turns out alright)

From what I can recall of the show (Annoying voices mostly I shall admit) It's pretty darn good! :D

May I ask to see the picture you're using as refference?

Wow, that's good. Without tracing, I can never make anything look liek the original...

...Even if I drew the original.

pip, that's amazing for drawing by hand and saying you have no artistic skills. You're such a liar (which explains why you're such a good baddie in WW games). I'm just kidding. That sketch is great. I hope you color it and share it with us!

Aww, that's fantastic, Pip! :D You did an excellent job! That sketch makes me want to post my own Animaniacs sketches (the show's over ten years old and I'm *still* drawing the characters, mostly Wakko).

Well, I discovered that it's impossible to write from Dot's point of view(which we have to do for the project), so I had to switch characters. I hope to finish the picture at some point, because I like it, but I'm not sure when I'll have the time. (I already don't have enough for all the stuff I have to do/do anyway, resulting in not nearly enough sleep :P)

But! This means you get to see a whole 'nother picture! It's Brain!

A sketch...
And inked...

I was worried that I'd screw it up when I inked it, but I didn't mess up too badly anywhere :P
I'm still debating whether or not to color it. I have a feeling I'd really screw that up =/

(for those curious, I used this picture to draw from)
