Since Adobe Photoshop 7 has no fill in tool the background is pretty white.

The white spots on the tail are there because they are on the island zafara....

It's nice, but in all honestly it took me a while to figure out that it was a paint brush. Perhaps try to draw it a bit better, then resubmit it?
