New pic...finally

So... my bf wanted me to draw something "cool" after he saw this one pic in elfwood.
I didn't know what the heck to draw but I tryed anyway just to help with my block.. and this is what came out.
It took me well over a month to complete it though working on it off and on.
I just couldn't stay interested in it enough to work on it for long periods of time.
Anywho.. here it is. Wish I could've kept it at it's original size but then it would've been just too humongous. At it's original size.. you could see the nice veins I added in the eyeball!

Anywho.. here the pic is... it's dark and sorta sad.

It's a shame you had to shrink it down though, but even so, I think it's a 'cool picture'

I like the colouring, and the fact that the entire picture isn't just focused on the one skull thingy.

Aha, you put into words what I was thinking. That's great, because most pictures use the main idea that they're drawing, human, cat, plant, whatever to be the center of attention. To draw the entire scene and create it as if you were seeing it, with the main focus not at the center, makes it look all the more real. Though I find that perfect balance of the "camera" angle to be sooo difficult.
Only this picture pulled it off perfectly. ^___^ I love the owl.

your work always amazes me, shollia, and i cant ever find the words to describe how much i enjoy it! i think you are one of the best computer-art creaters i know... i mean... the things you make are inredible! every little part of that pictures is amazing... those wings are so detailed and elegant.. the owl is my favorite part... i mean, it looks just like real.. its incredbile! another amazing work shiolla.... i am speechless.

Oh wow! That looks really awesome! I especially like the "ghost wings", it lends more to eerie effect of the picture. The owl looks very real. ^__^
