A brave soldier has traveled far away.
Hear that?
Off in the distance, it is
The howl of the merciless.
He tells of an island forgotten in the dark.
See that?
Out of the shadows, it is
The memory of a fighter.
A pretty lady has been taken off into the horizon.
Taste that?
Heavy in the air, it is
The fury of the desperate.
She cries for the heart of the lonely.
Smell that?
Surrounding us all, it is
The memory of fear.
A brave soldier has gone off to find a pretty lady.
Feel that?
Weighing down the mists, it is
The restlessness of vengeance.
The echo of a soldier has found an uncharted island in an endless sea.
