The Goatman

Anywho. This is Goatman, I was bored, and I thought "Nobody draws goats, I should draw a goat... but just drawing a plain old goat is boring... lets make him a goat man!"
He's a good creepy guy.
And since I hate working the way my profs tell me too, I started in the upper left corner and worked in the detail all at the same time. I finished the trees, then started with his body, worked on the bushes, worked more down his body, water/reeds then body, and last but certainly not least, dirt!
I lost detail in the scan, but thats unfortunately expected. I'm glad he's not all smooth and horrid looking, texture makes me happy. Though a lot of the cross hatching and hatching was lost in the scan, he still looks pretty darn nifty.

And he's already been sold.
25 dollars for me, and the Goatman for my very good friend. ...
I should've asked for more.

If that's made worse by the scan, I think the original would kill me. That guy is too kewl for words.

The little sketches that are put into the trees and the Goatman make great details. I never would have the patience to do that... I get distracted too easily. And a great expression on his face! Great job!

I sold it, because I have to sell some work.
My school screwed up and i'm being charged 200 dollars for courses that I should have been registered in but I wasn't.
So.
I need money.

whoa... that is flippin' sweet. wish i could have seen it before the scanning! wow. and it's a goat! heh, i'm a little faun obsessed. (for those who don't know what a faun is, it's basically a human, but instead of human legs, it has the hind legs of a goat) and, just...wow!
