Small note on contests with recent ending dates

I just wanted to point out that if your contest had an ending date that occured while PPT was down or that ends soon, you might want to extend it to give the entrants more time to compensate for the forum being down. Remember to note the changed dates, if you choose to do this, in the first post so it is readily available to all who check. Thank you.

As this is just a small reminder, I will delete this message after a week.
