For those topics one could describe as the forum equivalent of a twinkie. Word games, forum contests and giveaways are all the rage here.

I thought I'd try this out, every day I'll release clues to this crime. I'll post as if I was helping, the deal for you guys is to do the investigating, depending on who you interrogate, what you find out, is what will help give out certain clues. I won't start until I get 5 people working, then we'll start. I'll release clues daily, each day ends at 12:00 AM EST. Clues will be released around 6pm EST. Also, anything is possible, even aliens.
Day: 1
Welcome new recruit to CSI, or crime scene investigators. We know how long you’ve longed for this day, your first case. Well here’s the deal, someone was found dead, this isn’t unusual, as people are murdered. But there was something weird, three bullet holes, one in the heart, one in the head, and another in the leg. Each is from a different gun, one, we know is from a .42 caliber, another is from a shotgun, and one is, well, unknown. We’ve never seen this bullet before. Some of us think it is possible for alien life to have shot the last, unknown bullet. The girl who was killed is short, at 4ft 4inches tall. She was wearing a white t-shirt, pink jacket, unzipped, blue jeans, ankle socks and pink converse. The only other weird thing is, there was no blood. The girl was 21, or at least that is if her ID card is correct. Good luck, you’re going to need it.

Alright, that is kinda little, as in no setting, but I have some ideas
No blood: She was tossed in to open water, leaving the body to wash up somewhere
Weird Bullet: the Shotgun/Gun may have had a defective barrel/bullet, resulting in part of the bullet breaking off and going in a different direction.

I know it's kind of little, I need stuff for clues

plus CSI always makes it impossible to guess in the beginning, setting is my first clue, by the way.

oOo I love CSI!!! ![Love <3](./images/smilies/icon_inlove.gif)
I guess I'll try this game...even though I watch CSI...and not really investigate. Sometimes I try to guess the killer in the show..but that's it. ^^;;
Dranzer has some possible reasons.
Am I just signing up right now? X3

Mmmh, I'll join too...
Which bulled was the alien one? Head, leg or heart?

I'll sign up. Although where the person was found would've been easier for you to tell us in the opening paragraph, as in real life, we wouldn't need a clue for that.

Clue 1
Here is what we know so far, the shotgun shell is the one in the leg, the .42 caliber bullet is in the heart, and the mysterious bullet is in the head. The girl was found half a mile from civilization. We got a mysterious call telling us where she was. We couldn't trace this call. She was found on a beach, a very small beach at that. That's really all we can tell you right now, good luck solving this murder.
