Sky's the Limit Set Contest - 8/24 to 9/27

Now that DM's contest is out of the way....
Welcome one and all to my last set contest ... before the school year! (And possibly ever)
As you may have noticed, I need a new set and bad. Due to the time it usually takes me to use up all of the lovely sets that are made and since I might not have another one of these for a very long time (if ever), I hope to go all out. This will hopefully be another star-studded affair with just as many great entries as last time. Not much else to say so let's get to it!

Judging and Winners announced: 09/28/2008
School starts: Sept 22, 2008
School ends (forever?): June 2009
Prizes: (subject to change.... as in increase since these are based on old numbers)
1st Place - NP$115k
2nd Place - NP$90k
3rd Place - NP$65k
4th Place - NP$40k
Special Topics - NP$3k to best in topic. Special Topics found in this color and bolded are more desired.
Note: Prizes are usually given out to everyone since I am that kind of person.
