Stuarts set contest! (Finished)

Ok. My first set contest. Here is the information you really want.

1st Place = 100k (possibly more)
2nd Place = 40k
3rd Place = 20k
Runners Up = Random Item.

It will close on the 11th september. Everyone can enter 3 sets and 3 sets only.

Anyway, I wish for all sets to say Ixistant. Please use these themes. And DON'T make them girly! And If you're doing Mr Match, a suggestion for the sub-text is "The Hot-Headed Scot"

Well, like I said over on the thread for Christopher's set contest, I'm more than willing to take a stab at this...

I've already got my three ideas down: a Fire Emblem set (of course), something dark, and an Oren Iishi (anime) set.

In fact, I've already started on the Oren set - and it's going pretty well, if I do say so myself. I just need one thing from you, though, so that I can complete it... a quote.

I found a few good Oren one-liners, and I narrowed it down to three. So, if you could pick one - or give me one of your own - then I can finish the set.

• Silly Caucasion girl likes to play with Samurai swords.
• You might not be able to fight like a Samurai, but you can at least die like a Samurai.
• Do I look familiar? Do I look like somebody... you murdered? (possibly a little to brutal...)

Anyway, let me know asap. I should have the first of my entries up tomorrow.

Entry 1: The Dark Jester



This is the dark set I was talking about. It didn't really turn out as dark I would've liked, but I still think it has a slightly sinister feel. If I can find it, I'll post a link to the original image.

Also, first time trying a non-square avatar. I think it worked pretty well.


Entry 2: Oren Iishi



Personally, I love this set. It was just so... simple. But it's also dark and sorta brutal. Anyway, hope you don't mind me not putting your name on the avatar. I tried it, but I couldn't get it to work the way I wanted. If you'd rather have your name on it, let me know and I'll see what I can do.


Entry 3: Fire Emblem



Honestly, I'm not too sure of this set. On the one hand, I love the signature, but on the other, I hate the avatar. Eh. It took me forever, though, so I don't really feel like fiddling with it any more.

Anyway, I tried to make something that was like, yet unlike, the set I made for Christopher. And hopefully this does the job.
