Not sure if this goes here but There wasnt a contest board or anything.
I need two petpage's. I WOULD like frames but I'm not sure if TNT lets you use that.
Just fill out this form if you want to participate (winning gets you a banner and 1000-2000 neopoints, sorry but I only have 8000, plus you get mentioned for designing it.)
