No.
Just to point people in the right direction, you need to focus on how he escaped from his cell in the first place--what was standing in his way, how he got through it. What happened afterwards has pretty much already been established. There are still a few details here and there, but they are nonmaterial and can quickly and much more easily be established at the end to form a complete story. You need to shift your focus from the aftermath to the actual escape.

Another hint: Instead of focusing on how he stole the clothes, focus on how he escaped from the cell in the first place. Noo was on the right track earlier (in concept, the actual information was still wrong). Form the framework for the story first, then figure out what details you need to finish.
