The word is "cast", and I've only hit you one time to your three hits on me. Therefore:

Typhoon, in a fit of pique, hurls his Sticky Snowball at Ammer.

True to her promise not to be so nasty to Tanner immediately (even after 3 rounds of being stunned) SuperDuperPickles comes back and HITS Ellamcumber and then HEALS Ammer to make up for his poison.
