The_dog_god flies down from his perch on the top of the gate. He crows softly as he begins tearing at the rope around it. Having no luck he emits a loud "CAW!" and flies back to the top of the gate

Double power's probably a role or something someone has...I dunno. Because lackadazed also talked about that.

Edit: So...double voting also counts as that? Then wouldn't that be considered "used"?
