Ok none of the making you scroll down super far to see who won. :P I'm just gonna cut to the chase.

First off with the runner ups:
When I chose Medusa and Paul as runnerups, I didnt even realize that I chose them for the same reason. I loved the colours in both of their sets!
The sky as well as the border on Paul's set really caught my attention, as did the pink, blue and purple shades on Medusas.
Each of them get 5,000nps + 1,000nps for entering.

Third Place
Third place goes to Optimus with his Island Faellie set! This set is too cute! The colours worked out great, I love the shade he chose. Personally I suck when it comes to working with yellows, but Optimus did an awesome job with it. I also love his choice of font.
Optimus gets 12,500nps + 1,000nps for entering.

Second place goes to Jasujo for her Sailor Moon set! I love the fact that Jas combined to of my favourite colours together, pink and yellow! :D I also love the image chosen, as well as the unique border she used.

First Place!
First place is actaully going to be shared between two people. I could not decide between the two sets, and in the end decided to have two first place sets!
The first thing that caught my eye in Koku's set was the shade of blue in the background. I don't know why..but I just love it. :P I also love the set because of the image she chose. I always have such a hard time finding a picture I like of Sailor Venus in the manga...Koku seemed to find one that I love!
The second first place prize goes to ninjausagi's set. The image she chose has always been one of my favourites of Sailor Pluto. I love how she worked with it, and made the left edge of the sig follow the image. I also love the av, and how instead of using her face, she used the crossed arms of Sailor Pluto.
Both Koku and ninjausagi each get 50,000nps + 1,000nps for entering.
