Execution, Day 2:

Q watched as the group adjusted to having been snapped into the war room.
"Well. It seems like it was a fairly uneventful night last night." She looked around. "Oh, we're missing someone."
With a flash of white, Miyu appeared at one side of the room...somehow with a forcefield still around her. Everyone looked over in puzzlement, but were quickly brought back to the matter at hand by sharp words from Q.
"Have you come to any decisions on executing someone tonight?"
There was a large amount of murmuring in the crowd, and Missy! was pushed forward. Q raised an eyebrow and pondered.
"Very well." A small weapon appeared in her hand. She fired, and Missy! dropped to the ground. Dyl stepped up to check her pulse, having heard what had happened to Christopher the previous night. "She's still alive."
Q raised an eyebrow and looked down at her weapon. "That figures. I would manage to grab the same phaser that failed to kill last night."
Dyl and TOSO started to pick Missy! up to take her to the Infirmary, but Missy! awoke suddenly and shook off their help, looking around at the others. TOSO and Dyl backed off quickly, avoiding the glare she was giving them.

Missy! was executed but survived.

Night 2:
Susannahmio, Pixa, and Matterbug were sitting on the second story of Quark's bar, enjoying some random bubbling drinks and trying to shake off the fear of being attacked. Downstairs, the Daboo table was alight and spinning, and they could see Typhoon and Hansy placing bets amongst the many other species there.
Suddenly, the lights went out and a bright burst of phaser fire shot through the air, followed by a scream. Shortly thereafter, another shot came out, filling the air with the eerie glow of a Cardassian phaser. Mass panic ensued until the lights came back on, bringing a dreadful scene. Typhoon lay bent over the Daboo table.
Hansy recovered first and checked his pulse just as Q arrived on the scene.
"Lovely. Quark will not be thrilled about this mess, but he will live. So will Typhoon, it seems. Please arrange for him to be taken to the infirmary."
Q looked around. "I know there was a second shot fired. Is anyone else hurt?"
A figure slipped through the entrance of Quark's and disappeared before anyone could see who it was. Q sighed. "Whomever it was, they got away. I wonder why they didn't come forward for help?"
No one seemed to have an answer for this.

Meanwhile, ellamcumber was keeping Princess Miyu company (who was still stuck in the forcefield) when a huge blade came hurling at her from the darkness and nicked her arm. ellamcumber stared down at the wound in shock. "Where did that come from?"
Miyu shrugged. "I'm not sure. But look...whatever it was got lodged in that control panel...and I'm free!!"
After a gleeful moment, she sobered up and looked at ellamcumber. "We'd better get you out of here and to the Infirmary. We'll need to tell Q about that weird pole arm thing, too."

Q raised here eyebrow at the pair that came in and listened to their story. She blinked out of existence and then back again. "The weapon is gone, but I believe, based on your description, that it was a Kar'takin, a Jem'Hadar short pole arm weapon. Everyone will need to be more careful. However." She flicked a hand and several people groaned. "Some people haven't submitted nightlists."

Typhoon was attacked. He survived.
Someone else was attacked, and survived.
ellamcumber was attacked and survived.
Several people's shields decreased for not submitting lists.

Day 3 begins.

Aw.
If we execute her again and she dies, can I say "She's dead, Jim" ? Please?

ok i think have finally figured all of this out.

Decreased shield sucks.....buit that attack freaked me out....

I'm gonna be so careful about this now

I wonder why Ella and I were revealed to have been attacked, but the other person wasn't?
