Yes, maybe (depenging on what you consider a noun), no, no, no, no, no.

Oops, wasted some points there. So it's a food. I think it has to do with the nicely prepared meal.
Does it?

Ugh, every time I get on, a question that I really need to know before I ask another question is in the process of being answered. >_<
If the above is Yes, I'd pay 1,000 to know what the meal consisted of.
If no, then I'd ask the question: Does the guard's species (since this is Neopets) have anything to do with the food he/she likes?

Okay, here's my question- Was the password the guard's favorite food, and did Benny somehow find out what the food was, then did he request a meal with that food in it, and after he was done eating did he trick the guard into saying the name of the food (Because he got the guard talking about his favorite food, which Benny had just eaten)? Then, after the guard said the password, did he pull the guard into his cell and lock it behind him? Then did he find some guard clothes, steal them, and leave the prison disguised as a guard?

Yep. Read on:

I'm not going to give you that right off, and I'm not going to charge you. However, the food itself has to do with later developments. As for the second question, no.

Sort of, I guess, yes. I hadn't exactly worked out what happened to the guard after the fact, but that will do. As for the first question, parts of it are right, parts of it aren't.

Hmm... did he strike up a conversation with the guard about his favourite food? (no other strings attached, just a conversation with the guard, and chatter abou food comes into play)
Did he ask the guard what was for dinner, knowing full well it was the password to the lock?

The next one will be much shorter, I promise. Not necessarily easier, though.
I'll give you another hint just because I'm nice: The password, as has been determined already, is a type of food liked by the Guard. However, the food itself has a bearing on later events. It's also not necessarily a Neopets food, but a really generic thing. Try to determine what kind of food would cause the guard to
fall asleep

Nah, I doubt it.
Now we just need to piece everything together. D:
