The basic bad guys are 3 mafia and 3 werewolves but there are a lot of secret roles/none-secret roles who are either in one of the teams above or just independantly evil. Nobody knows the exact number of baddies, besides Scott.

Judging by past games, I suppose that we have 3 wolves and 3 mafia, plus 1 devil and 1 criminal. Maybe we'll have a serial killer again, with a mental patient.
I'm pretty certain of them, but it's just 8 and there's quite a lot of players so I wouldn't be surprised if there were some other baddie group or if the groups were larger.

Erm, what did the wolves, mafia, devil, criminal, serial killer, and mental patient do? I can guess a bit on the wolves and mafia by reading the rules, but wat about the rest? (still

Devil has never been in this game before.
Criminal is a person on the Mafia but he doesn't know who is mafia (or vice versa). When all mafia dies, he becomes a mafia.
Serial Killer is a person on his own who kills people with an axe at night.
Mental Patient is like the criminal, just for the Serial Killer
However... whether those roles are in this game or not... i cannot say.
